This is an unidentified submerged object. Sorry, the video quality is poor. Bad lighting and fog, mist rising from the river obscrurred vision somewhat.:( It looks like a large fish, or school of fish to me. Maybe a manatee? It does react to a small jumping fish, so I know it's a living creature. What do you guys think it is? Please leave a comment!
Thanks.
The United States Navy's Blue Angels flight demonstration team, and some of the other action at the 2005 show in Pensacola Fl..
This is so much fun to see, and hear, in person. Here's some of my stills and video set to the music of Don Felder.
Thanks, enjoy!
The USS Alabama battleship, as seen from the west side of the bay, on the causeway. The seagulls were nice too! Visit the Battleship park and see a whole lot more, in Mobile, Al.
Video of these beautiful raptors filmed in Haines Island park, and my backyard. Sorry for the playback quality, had to use a lower setting to keep to file size down.
A house spider (species unknown) catches a wasp. Then, it does what spiders do with their food. I discovered this spider as I was about to clean what appeared to be a cobweb from this window located in one of the back rooms that has yet to be renovated. Yeah, I do clean my house when I feel like it.LOL
HAPPY VETERAN'S DAY!

Golden-Silk spiders I found while on a recent hiking trip. These are beautiful spiders! Also commonly called "banana spiders". This species is harmless to people, not to be confused with the deadly banana spiders indiginous to South America.
Big fish I've spotted in creeks near the river. And, yes...I threw them a line, they wouldn't go for it.:( I have reeled in some 30 pounders that look like this. Fun to hook! They give you a good fight. I practice catch and release! I don't really like eating fish. Taste way too "fishy" for me.:)
This is a great example of animal intelligence. Birds demonstrating reasoning/thinking abilities. One of the birds even acts as if it's disgusted when another decides to take a bath in the food "dipping puddle".
