This is the arrest of the "Dairy Queen Dozen" near Pete Field in Colorado Springs, on February 15, 2003. Again, the video was shot by the Activist's Media Center in Denver and edited by Mark Lewis of CSaction.
Colorado College students in Colorado Springs organized a sit-in against the recent spate of events, graffiti, chants, and vandalism of intolerance on campus. The excellent lead-in to this film is by Ms. Sierra Fleenor, President of the Colorado College Student Government Association.

The ACLU has sued the CSPD several times in the past 4 years with the false arrests at the Dairy Queen, the Denver Spy Files, NATO "free speech zones", Air Force Academy "Free speech zone", and other cases. "St. Paddy 7" arrests are pendiing ago to couirt June 20.

This is only the part that happened in Palmer Park, when the CSPD was the only police force in America to use tear gas on it's citizens when 11 million poeple worldwide marched against the coming Iraq War.
When the city refused to allow cooperative editing of the court ordered public forum on police brutality and false imprisonment, Eric Doub, one of those arrested, and the rest of the activists panel decided to boycott the lack of transparency, open government, and hoinesty by walking out.
