Egyptian security forces on Sunday began closing the last portions of the Rafah border crossing between Egypt and Gaza with barbed wire and other obstacles to stem the flow of Palestinians into Egypt. Hamas declared they have reached an agreement with the Egyptians, successfully casting the Palestinian Authority to one side.03/02/08
