In order to make ice cream with liquid nitrogen (LN2) at Penguicon, we first dispense some liquid nitrogen from a dewar into a bowl. This video also shows us scooping some out with styrofoam cups, discussing LN2 ice cream flavorings, and waving a towel that has been dipped in LN2. This video was taken at Penguicon 4.0 in 2006 in Livonia, MI.
