Delta Air Line is charging Mexicans who fly Delta into Mexico a fee for a "Tourist Visa" even though the Mexican Government says the Mexicans don't need it. Same for Americans and Canadians living in Mexico. Delta has been doing this for years, hiding the fee, which it keeps for itself, in the "Other fees and taxes" category. What a bunch of crooks.
