Making Mead for the first time. You can pretty clearly see through the video that I am figuring this out as I go along... Anyway, I made 10 gallons this first time, using 24 pounds of honey from a local apiary.

Racked the mead off the lees. After six months, I would have expected it to be dry, but the gravity is still at 1.013. I might end up pitching another yeast into it.
I needed a way to take HUNDREDS of pictures of baseball cards, quickly, consistently, and without spending a lot of money. I threw this together with wood and hardware leftover from other projects, $3.00 in plastic tubing from the local home center, and a vaccuum pump I got on eBay for about $10.
